Is payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed securely through Stripe, the same payment technology used by major global brands. Your card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
Do you offer monthly and mid-term stays?
Yes. Most homes are available for nightly, weekly and monthly stays, with genuine monthly rates for longer bookings — ideal for contracts, relocations and university terms.
How does check-in work?
Every home offers self check-in. You'll receive clear arrival instructions and access details before your stay, so you can arrive on your own schedule.
What's included in the homes?
Each home is fully furnished and professionally managed: fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, fresh linens and towels, and the essentials to settle in for a night or a season.
Is a security deposit required?
A refundable security deposit is standard practice in hospitality. It is collected prior to check-in (not at the moment of booking) and is fully refunded after departure, assuming no damage. We don't waive deposits, as they protect every guest and the home.
Are pets allowed?
Some homes are pet-friendly. Pet policies are noted per listing — check the specific home or ask our team before booking.
